Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) Integrated Care Board (ICB) is one of the most rapidly improved systems in the country. Since its inception in July 2022 we have forged purposeful partnerships which have enabled improvements against all key NHS metrics. Our 5-year plans sets out ambitious goals with a strong emphasis on integration, population health management and reducing inequity. Our strong national and regional profile makes this role an ideal opportunity for an inspiring, compassionate and innovative leader.

As an Integrated Care System (ICS), Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland have positive relationships across health and social care with a strong collective vision to improve the health and well-being of our diverse population. The Chief Executive Officer will have a passion for improving health outcomes whilst tackling health inequalities. The ability to set a vision, support colleagues to deliver the vision whilst continuously improving is a critical skill set for our new Chief Executive Officer.

All members of the board will be required to comply with the Nolan Principles of Public Life and meet the NHS Fit and Proper Persons requirements.
