Due to the retirement of the current CEO, LLR ICB is looking to recruit an outstanding Chief Executive Officer who will offer effective operational leadership alongside an ability to drive forward complex strategic change. Candidates with experience from a range of sectors, and diversity would be encouraged.
The Chief Executive Officer will work alongside Trust CEOs with strong national profiles and a joint ambition to build modern, integrated services. As an Integrated Care System (ICS), Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland have positive relationships across health and social care with a strong collective vision to improve the health and well-being of our diverse population. The Chief Executive Officer will have a passion for improving health outcomes whilst tackling health inequalities. The ability to set a vision, support colleagues to deliver the vision whilst continuously improving is a critical skill set for our new Chief Executive Officer.
All members of the board will be required to comply with the Nolan Principles of Public Life and meet the NHS Fit and Proper Persons requirements.
