A Interim Performance Manager for Planned Care is required for 6 months. The role is offered on a remote working basis. 

The role:

The Interim Performance Manager for Planned Care is a key member of the Planned Care Team is responsible for supporting all aspects of Planned Care performance improvement, reporting, and development of improvement plans. The Performance Manager will support in developing the Operational Plan on behalf of the organisation regarding Planned Care and the delivery of Planned Care transformation programmes.

The Primary responsibility is for ensuring the organisation has plans in place to meet national and local targets associated with Planned Care in their designated areas of responsibility. Monitoring plans and supporting the development of improvement plans / mitigating actions where required. The role also supports the development of a System Performance Improvement plan regarding Planned Care and determine the development of appropriate performance and governance to deliver this.

Essential experience required:

This role requires candidates with a strong NHS background and experience of performance, particularly in Planned Care. If you have the required experience as detailed above and available at short notice to start, please do apply.
