Band 9 Elective Care / Cancer Services Lead x 2

With a proven track record in a similar role working within Elective Care or Cancer services at a band 9 level you will actively manage the operational challenges associated with this type of position. In addition your ability to drive performance in relation to national targets will be key to the success of this role.

You should understand the complexities of working with clinicians and ensuring excellent patient care whilst not losing focus of the need to deliver cost effective patient services.

As well as operational management you will be involved in a number of efficiency based projects and OD deliveries so experience of project management and OD change would be extremely useful to deliver the required operational recovery goals.

Your communication skills, particularly when dealing with clinicians needs to be assertive yet politically sensitive. You will be a hard working, delivery focused interim who is looking for your next assignment - these are two exciting opportunities for high calibre candidates.
