We have a great role for someone with a good understanding of workforce planning and analytics to join a friendly team as Interim Workforce Data Analyst for at least 9 months to support the Head of Workforce Planning and Systems in the NHS


Excellent numeracy, analytical and interpretive reporting skillsAbility to analyse, investigate and resolve complex queries, issues, and problems.Produce information/reports to assure data integrity.Highly developed specialist knowledge of a variety and depth of analytical techniques (include Advanced Excel, Data Warehouse, SQL, Power BI) ESR advanced knowledgeExperience in information analysis and the use of information across large, complex organisation.Experience of effective partnership working Responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining the data reports and analytics platforms.Provide specialist support and advice to ad hoc requesters of analysis in suitable report formats to meet their requirements.Desirable

Knowledge of NHS term and definition and how these are represented in the systems being supported and training delivered. Healthroster (Allocate) reporting knowledge.Experience in delivering workforce planning with collaborative working with internal and external colleagues to build robust data insight, forecasting, and modelling.
