At BWC, our values are what drive us and guide what we do. They are more than warm words; they represent our fundamental commitment to how we work together.  We are seeking an exceptional individual to complement our Board as a non-executive director as we embark on the next phase of our ambitious plans to achieve our vision to be a world-leading team, providing world-leading care.  We are a community who values compassion, innovation, and opportunity to transform lives from those we serve to the staff who work within.
