My client is an independent healthcare organisation that provides a variety of complex specialised services to the NHS and corporate entities in the UK.
They have a really interesting opportunity for an Interim Chief Operations Officer who has a background in managing corporate services such as procurement, logistics, facilities and health and safety. This is senior role for an operator who has significant commercial acumen and an eye for operational efficiency and good performance. My client also requires someone who led teams through a significant transformation resulting in improved efficiency.
The successful candidate will have worked at a similar level previously, in healthcare organisations that partner with the NHS - any experience in the life sciences, biotech or laboratory technology field would be highly prized. You will be used to managing diverse and complex services and also be used to delivering strategic goals.
The assignment will run for 9 months initially, I have an assignment rate of £700 to £800pd inside IR35 and the assignment requires an immediate start.
