Named Nurse for Safeguarding Children
A London NHS organisation are looking for a Named Nurse for Safeguarding to help them on their journey to providing the best possible care to their patients.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that all Childrens safeguarding needs across their services are met.
You will have an opportunity to make a difference by working as a highly specialised member of the team to develop safeguarding systems and ensure they are embedded across their children's services, with clear communication across their teams.
This role is both interesting and challenging as there's a wide portfolio of settings within your remit, this ranges from developing and educating their clinical and safeguarding teams, writing IMRs, advising on DoLS and implementing the safeguarding systems across their wards and service. This role is highly important because it has the potential to provide better and safer care to the children that use their services.
To deliver this, we are looking for an interim who has worked as a Children's Safeguarding Named Nurse, who is credible and able to engage at all levels across their children's services as well as report back to the executive team.
Why work with Practicus? We've been supporting the NHS with provision of senior interims since 2004. We care about what we do as much as you care about what you do. If you feel you could help my client and the many people whose lives would be improved and enriched by successful delivery of this portfolio, then I'd absolutely love to hear from you.
