Job Details
Woodrow Mercer Healthcare are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Project Manager to support a trust based in the North West, hybrid working, outside IR35 and to start as soon as possible for a six month long contract. We are looking for someone who has NHS Trust experience within this field and someone who also has experience within Governance.
Job Overview:
• Deliver the NHSE requirement for a PSIRF Plan
• Develop and implement the Governance surrounding the Project Management of PSIRF.
• Develop the objectives for how the organisation will achieve PSIRF
• Successfully develop and implement the PSIRF Implementation Plan
• Successfully implement of the Thematic Review and situational analysis
• Development and implement the LFPSE implementations Plan
• Project management - in the formation of Project Board and Project Leadership Group
• Successfully deliver timescale of the project to date
• Successfully implement the Project Management organisational structure
• Lead the Project Board and the development of Quality Improvement workstreams
• Develop the Terms of Reference for each workstream and the project Plan
• Successfully build relationship with the ICB and stakeholders
• Lead the trust-wide Communications and Engagement Plan
• Develop the Training Needs Analysis – leading to the Business Plan enabling the implementation of the National Training Framework
• Build relationships within the Care Groups and Divisional Management Structure
• Develop the insight/oversight/improvement plans and organizational structures
• Lead the process mapping and scoping sessions Corporate and within the Care Groups
• Present the progress of the project at Board sub-Committee, Clinical Governance Group and operational Level.
• Lead the development of the new policies and toolkits required for implementation to transition
• Develop an operational development Plan for identified gaps into a quality improvement plan
For the next 18/24 months
• Lead the development of an integrated approach to learning into QI methodology and Patient First
