Established in 2011, Nottingham CityCare Partnership provides healthcare services to the communities of Nottingham City. We employ approximately 1,200 staff who deliver high quality care through a broad range of health services in the community, ranging from health visiting for young families to community nursing and home-based rehabilitation services. In addition, we operate Nottinghamshire’s Urgent Treatment Centre.

As a social enterprise with an annual turnover of over £50m, we reinvest any surplus we make into improving our services and have the freedom to be flexible, innovative and responsive in delivering the services local people need, when and where they need them in the community.

This is an exciting time to join us in our journey as we continue to grow and we are now seeking our Deputy Director of Nursing, AHPS and Quality.

This is critical role within the organisation, you will be highly visible and provide inspiring leadership across the organisation. Accountable to the Director of Nursing, AHPs and Quality, you will be responsible for the implementation of the Quality and Patient Safety Strategy, Quality Governance, CQC compliance and the professional leadership of Nursing and AHPs.

You will be a strong voice for Nursing and AHPs and be able to lead with compassion. You will work collaboratively to lead the direction of the Quality elements of our Strategy, ensuring robust and effective processes are in place and that staff are trained to support our people to ensure safe, high-quality care for all.
