Job Details
We are building a small team of interim HR Change specialists to support a large organisation wide change that could affect around 700 employees in a South London organisation We are looking for 1 x HR Project Advisor to keep this large scale piece of work on track as well as 2 x Senior HR Advisors that have experience in change processes - particularly TUPE. To be considered you need to have plenty of experience working in a large unionised environment and have a proven track record in managing change at this level. We expect this project to last around 6 months and there is a lot of flexibility with the on-site / off-site arrangements. You need to be available to start fairly quickly
