Job Details
The organisation are looking for someone who can evidence a credible and proven track record at this level and in this field who can interview and start ASAP.
This role will start ASAP and the role will have hybrid working (3 days on site and 2 remote). Extensive experience in Radiology and/or Clinical Support services is essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide support and leadership to the directorate senior management teams, ensuring clear communication of Trust values, vision, priorities and expectations to ensure the engagement of teams to deliver services of the highest quality;
- Develop and deliver the operational management strategy and performance management of radiology services within the divisional clinical services;
- Provide leadership to resolve day-to-day management issues within the Division as the need arises and/or in the absence of the Divisional Director of Operations;
- Ensure sufficient data availability within the Division to monitor and track performance and to satisfy reporting requirement and to act as the divisional lead to improve data reports and dashboards with the corporate performance and business intelligence teams; providing appropriate input and challenge to clinical and business plans where necessary.
- Relevant Masters/MBA qualification or equivalent professional qualification;
- Formal education to first degree level or equivalent ability;
- Demonstrate a successful track record of delivering effective healthcare services as a General Manager or Senior Manager in a large, multifaceted healthcare environment including staff, financial and change management;
- Evidence of delivering successful strategic and operational performance management and clearly demonstrating improvement in the quality of service delivery at a strategic level; including business case preparation, service initiation, contract negotiation, and the development and monitoring of outcome and output measures.
