Job Details

My client is an innovative provider of healthcare solutions to the NHS, including Trusts, primary care and ICSs.

They have a really interesting opportunity for an experienced interim CFO to help shape the next stage of the oragnisation's growth. You will need to have worked at CFO level before in an ambitious and disruptive entrepreneurial business. Aside from being a skilled and experienced finance professional, my client is also looking for someone with an eye for developing successful corporate risk strategies. Ideally you will be skilled at creating models in areas such as risk, commercial development and investor/investment profiling.

In terms of culture, my client is looking for a CFO who is non-political but happy to openly challenge thinking whilst being professional and non-dogmatic when doing so. You will be open to ideas from all in the business and always looking for ways to innovate. Experience of M&A and organisations at Series B/C funding stage is highly desirable. Of additional interest would be a CFO who has worked with teams in developing dashboards in Power BI - they do not need to be a developer, but someone with an interest in and knowledge of how to support a team responsible for developing analytical tools would be a real bonus.

The assignment requires and immediate start and it will run for 6 months initially. I have an assignment rate of £690 to £700pd - IR35 is to be determined. The assignment offers hybrid working. If you have the requisite skills, please contact Andrew Vaux -
