Talent Acquisition Functional Lead - Transformation

My client is a leading UK health provider with an established reputation for quality and innovation.

My client requires a Talent Acquisition Functional Lead to support the transformation of the TA process and the systems behind it, as part of a wider HR change programme. My client needs someone who has worked in a sizable business and who knows what you need to go through to deliver change. The need is for someone who understands systems, but also the functional reality of delivering a good TA function too, and who can therefore bridge gaps between people and technology.

It is essential that the TAFL has functional TA expertise/experience and is conversant with systems and tools whilst also having business design experience. You will have an excellent understanding of the operational delivery of TA in large organisation and have worked on at least one significant implementation before. You will also have a focus on relationship building and also execution.

My client requires an immediate start, the assignment is 6 months in duration and they are offering a rate of £400 to £420 a day, outside IR35 - my client operates a hybrid working environment. Please contact Andrew Vaux on andrew.vaux@practicus.com
