Practice Manager

Practicus are working with an NHS organisation seeking a FTC Practice Manager. A 6 month FTC contract with an opportunity to become permanent.

My client is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to provide overall responsibility for the overall non-clinical management of the practice. The focus will be on managing the practice's quality and efficiency in terms of patient services, staff, systems, and finance. The practice already has a Deputy Manager and a Patient Liason Manager to support with the day to day running.

Whilst clinical areas are the domain of the Clinical Lead, you will be expected to provide comparative clinical statistics and to manage non-clinical quality standards in patient services.

A professional, flexible and practical approach is essential in the current climate of change

• Practice management experience within primary care settings
• Expertise in team leadership, with a track record of success. Proficient in fostering teamwork and ensuring employee satisfaction
• Experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation
• Hit the ground running

SALARY: max £50,000
