As the Chief Digital & Data Information Officer you will lead on the design, and implementation of a Digital and Data strategy; working in partnership with key stakeholders to shape the Digital/Data strategy across the Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care System (ICS). Our Organisational Strategy ‘More than a Hospital’ (2022-2030) sets a clear plan for improvements in healthcare and you have a role to play, in leading the Digital and Data teams, to ensure high quality, safe and effective, digital infrastructure and robust data security systems are embedded to support the delivery of world class-quality patient care and experience.  You will engage with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to build a digital culture, capability and vision to transform service delivery and ensure that the benefits and opportunities of digital and data driven transformation are realised.


  • Do you have the influence, drive and expertise in digitalisation strategy, complex information systems advanced technology, governance, and Cyber Security to lead our digital/data functions and strategy? Have you worked at Director of Deputy Director level of a large and complex organisation delivering digital innovation?  Have you developed complex business cases and investment strategies, worked across professional and organisational boundaries, and contributed to strategic decision making?

She has developed excellent networks across the public and private sectors to encourage greater levels of diversity around the boardroom table. As well as providing bespoke services, advice and guidance to her clients and candidates, Helene is highly motivated to provide careers advice and guidance to individuals, especially to those who have not previously considered a non-executive opportunity before but whom have unique insights and skills to offer the role.
