Our client are a well performing acute NHS Trust with 3,500 colleagues providing services to communities across North Kent and South East London. The talented and motivated staff are working to build a clinically-led organisation that provides outstanding care which is skilled, trusted and kind, every time. Their values guide their actions, interactions and behaviours and steer the priorities as they collaborate with each other and engage with the 400,000 people who depend on their services.
The Opportunity
They now have a rare opportunity for an ambitious and talented NHS leader to join their Board and build on solid foundations, working in partnership with a well performing executive team. Your responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of high-quality services throughout the Trust, leading on the implementation of their People Strategy, and aligning these efforts with the overall vision of the organisation and the Trusts improvement journey, ensuring their colleagues have a great experience and feel supported and valued throughout their careers. You will spearhead the development of a culture that promotes inclusivity, equality of opportunity, and social value within the communities. They know that having the right workforce in place with the right skills and talents will enable them to deliver a patient focused service and ambitions in the local health economy, and as CPO you will enable this.
