My client is an independent healthcare provider specialising in the provision of wide-ranging services to patients across the UK.

They have an opportunity for an experienced interim HR & OD Director who can also contribute and set the direction for a structural transformation programme. Aside from many years of HR experience, they need someone who can develop a transformation strategy with the CEO, and help create the programme plan for delivery. My client is looking for a HR and transformation professional with some entrepreneurial spirit, who can inject some different thinking into the organisation. They need someone who is adept at people change, OD, service design and systems change, so they can transform the way their services are delivered.

The successful candidate must have significant senior (director level) HR & transformation programme delivery experience, ideally gained within the primary, community or public health space. They need someone who has worked on digital change programmes and who also has a good appreciation of data and performance information. They need a 'doer' who is comfortable engaging with people in varied locations and at varied levels within the organisation.

I have an assignment rate of between £575pd and £600pd inside IR35, remote working is fine, but some on-site present is needed - the assignment's duration is 6 months initially. My client requires an immediate start. If you have the requisite skills, please contact Andrew Vaux -
