Finance Director

The role is to provide strategic leadership and long-term planning of the business in respect of financial performance management and commercial development of the Company. This also includes the Digital/IT strategy development and implementation and driving change across the business. This is a Board level appointment with the Company Director responsibilities.

• Be responsible for the development of financial systems and the reporting structure and production of management accounting systems with the aim of providing a standard format to the Board
• Oversee contract management, contract management and commercial development with the aim of increasing revenue growth and profitability which can be injected back into the business for the benefit of patients and shareholders
• Provide recommendations to the Board of the staffing structure and systems required to deliver the company's financial, performance and IT strategy

Essential:

• Experienced Finance Director having worked in a Healthcare/Private sector setting
• Qualified Accountant holding ACCA, CIMA or ACA
• Demonstrated experience in identifying business opportunities and providing data driven recommendations informed by business need
• Developed and implemented a strategic Digital/IT strategy with evidence-based people and business benefit.
• Proven excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Strong technical accounting skills

SALARY: £90,000 prorata

This is a part-time role (4 days) with 3 days in the office.
