I am currently recruiting for an interim Complaints Manager (Inside IR35) for an intitial 3 month contract working for an NHS trust in Bedfordshire

  • Ensure that all complaints are acknowledged within three working days of receipt and responses do not breach 25 days.
  • Meet regularly with internal teams to share and discuss new cases.
  • Responsible for ensuring all internal and external reporting requirements are met.
  • Deliver the Trust's Complaint Handling Training and ensure staff are trained and confident in the investigation of complaints

My NHS client will be looking for candidates that are well versed in the world of Patient Experience as they really need to hit the ground running immediately,

We are currently exploring Hybrid/Remote options however there will be a preference for candidates that can work on site.
