Clinical Support Manager - MH/Complex Care

My client is an independent healthcare provider specialising in the provision of wide-ranging, highly specialist MH services throughout the UK.

My client is looking for a number of Clinical Managers to join the team during a time of exciting and significant growth. The successful Clinical Managers will have an active RMN PIN, and will ensure the highest quality of care is provided to the their patients in a variety of settings. These setting include NHS Trusts, Private Providers and Local Authorities, so experience in any of these types of providers would be valued.

You will provide clinical leadership and management and ensure services are well-led and that frontline staff are clear on their roles and well-motivated to do a good job. You will have at least 3 years' experience in a leadership role and have experience of managing clinical teams in the acute inpatient, secure or community mental health services in the NHS or Independent Sector.

The successful candidate will be a good communicator, be approachable and open in their management style. That said, you must be prepared to challenge those around you to ensure best practice is being followed and that all MH Acts are well understood.
The roles have a basic salary of £48,000 + bonus and benefits with 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays per year. The role does involve shift work and are based on-site in the Midlands. If you have the requisite experience, please get in touch with Andrew Vaux - andrew.vaux@practicus.com
