Interim Deputy Director of Nursing and Quality

My client is an independent healthcare provider specialising in the provision of wide-ranging services including primary care.

They have an opportunity for an experienced Deputy Director of Nursing and Quality to support the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of care are being achieved. You will work with the nursing, patient safety, governance and risk teams to ensure patient focused services are delivered. My client is ideally looking for someone who has rolled out PSIRF before and who has led on CQC preparation and post CQC improvement work too.

The successful candidate must be an RGN or RMN with a PIN. You will need to be able to demonstrate significant senior nursing and quality experience, ideally gained within primary, community or the adult mental health sector, however acute experience certainly be considered. My client is looking for a friendly team player with a keen eye for detail, but also for someone who will challenge as needed and hold people to account.

Although a predominately home-based role, travel to the North West, North East and Yorkshire will be required.

The assignment rate is between £360 to £380pd inside IR35 and the assignment will run for a minimum of 3 months and requires an immediate start. If you have the required skills, please contact Andrew Vaux on 01491 577122.
