My client are a leading healthcare organisation and are looking for an interim general manager to support with a small service in the Nottinghamshire area.
The Interim Registered Manager is responsible for the operational day-to-day management of two small sites and provides continued compliance with relevant legislation, client policies, procedures and practices. Working in partnership with all stakeholders, you will ensure the provision of a high quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with available resources.
My client require someone who has a firm understanding of LD/ASD and a clinical background would be beneficial, although not a must.
The role would be on site, 5 days a week with the understanding of potential evenings and the odd weekend to be available if needed.
Day rate is circa £350, inside IR35 and would be a running contract between 3 and 6 months.
