Associate Director of Nursing (RMN) - 6 month FTC

My client are a healthcare provider in the East Midlands and are looking for their next Associate Director of Nursing to join their leadership team within one of their locations. Please note an RMN is a must for this role.

The role is a fixed term contract lasting for 6 months.

This post will be responsible for providing quality leadership to a defined Clinical Division accountable to the Chief Nurse.

The role of Associate Director of Nursing is a key post to support my client to deliver against its quality and strategic plans, to remain compliant with its regulatory framework, to provide safe, effective quality care for patients, and support to frontline staff.

The Associate Director of Nursing will be responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of quality and productivity to improve patient care and services by analysis of complex data and information, developing and implementing solutions to enhance quality and meet performance targets in line with my clients Quality and Governance Framework. The post holder will be responsible for creating an open, accountable culture where teams are confident and skilled in giving regular, constructive feedback, where issues can be raised and solved openly, leading to a productive solution focused working environment.

Being a visible leader is key, and therefore my client are looking for someone with experience in mental health roles at a senior clinical level.
