Interim HR Director

My client is an independent healthcare provider specialising in the provision of wide-ranging services to patients across the UK.

They have an opportunity for an experienced interim HR Director to support the HR team through a time of change and rebalance. My client is looking for a HR professional who has experience of improving HR teams focus on People and Culture within an organisation to therefore improve recruitment and retention.

The successful candidate must have significant senior HR experience, ideally gained within the primary, community or public health space. They need someone who can galvanize the HR team around a renewed purpose and to ensure they better support their colleagues throughout the organisation. They need a 'doer' who is comfortable engaging with people in varied locations and at varied levels within the organisation.

I have an assignment rate of between £550pd and £560pd inside IR35, remote working is fine, but some on-site present is needed - the assignment's duration is 6 months initially.
