Business Manager - Healthcare

My client is a growing provider of primary care services in the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire area.

Due to continued growth, they need a Business Manager to manage the operational and clinical managers within the organisation. You will also need to be adept at forming relationships with and influencing GPs. My client is looking for an experienced operator who is highly commercial and very astute.

Although this is a role within primary care, my client feels it could suit someone from outside of the sector, perhaps from FMCG, although it could also be suitable for an experienced operator in the private hospital space. They need someone who can provide new ideas and a different perspective. Someone able to assess them as a business and challenge and question why things are done the way they are done and be able to make tough decisions. Aside from being an experienced business manager, you be highly commercial with a focus on financial health and performance.

They are offering a basic salary of £80,000 to £85,000 + OTE £100K and benefits - my client requires someone on-site 3 days per week. Please contact Andrew Vaux on andrew.vaux@practicus.com
