Programme Manager

A high-profile strategic programme working on several workstreams to provide visible leadership of the programme and ensure that it delivers the benefits indentified. The role will involve understanding what they have now alongside defining a programme to fit the timescale for the next 12 months.

The reason for external support is to bring some structure, control and governance and drive workstreams forward.

A big focus will be planning and assurance to the baord as this programme develops.

At present the client has external management consultants in but want to bring this in-house. Drilling into the finer detail, putting a plan is in place, the candidiate will hitting the ground running, display credibility and gravitas, alongside being hands-on.

The appointment of an successful programme manager who can confidently lead and demonstrate clear deliverables, rigour to drive workstreams forward as mentioned. Comfortable working in a challenging and complex environment.

- 7+ years demonstrating experience as a programme or project manager within the healthcare sector

- Excellent at stakeholder engagement and decision making

- Dealing with complex situations and can think outside of the box

SALARY: £85,000 + expenses

START: September

INTERVIEWS: TBC

DURATION: 12 months

ON-SITE: Hybrid - this will scale back slightly as programme develops (CLIENT BASED IN WEST MIDLANDS)
