Transformation Programme Manager - Community Services

Are you an experienced Programme Manager with a passion for driving transformation in healthcare? We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead key change initiatives within community services. This is an interim role, up to Band 8C, offering a fantastic opportunity to influence large-scale transformation projects across the NHS.

You will be responsible for managing and delivering a high-profile programme, working with senior stakeholders across various NHS services. Your leadership and project management expertise will ensure the successful implementation of strategic objectives, driving tangible improvements in community healthcare delivery.

The role::

* Lead programme management of community service transformation projects
* Oversee planning, implementation, and delivery to time and budget
* Collaborate with senior management, clinical teams, and key stakeholders
* Manage project documentation, risks, and deliverables
* Ensure effective communication across teams and with external partners

What You'll Bring:

* Proven experience in programme management within healthcare settings
* Expertise in change management and transformation gained within community and acute services
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* The ability to manage complex projects and drive results in challenging environments
* Knowledge of the Fuller report
