Partnership building and working collaboratively with internal and external partners, including ICSs, voluntary sector organisations, education, and commissioners, to support integrated care and shared strategic goals. Cultural leadership fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and inclusivity that aligns with their commitment to diversity and anti-racism.
