We are looking for an Adviser to join NHS Resolutions Practitioner Performance Advice (Advice) team as we work to promote a fair and just culture across the NHS. Our service provides independent, expert advice and support to healthcare organisations, as well as medical, dental, and pharmacy practitioners.

If you have experience managing performance concerns and a commitment to fair resolution, we encourage you to apply. We seek applicants with extensive experience in healthcare and professional backgrounds in areas like medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, employment law, defence, professional bodies, regulatory work or HR.

Applicants should have experience in the management of performance concerns in primary care, be that under Performers List Regulations or local policies. Applicants with experience in Maintaining High Professional Standards (MHPS) framework would also be welcome to apply.
