Job Details
Our client, an established independent healthcare provider, is looking for a driven Business Development Director to lead their field team of BDMs across the country. This is an integral role to the business to ensured their continued success and will be accountable for a large team working across primary and community care.
You will be responsible for shaping the BD strategy, ensuring consistent messaging whilst driving growth in your team and creating a sense of community.
This is a hybrid role with onsite working required in Lancashire.
We have a salary on offer of circa £85,000 per annum plus bonus and other benefits.
Key requirements
- 10 years' experience selling to the NHS
- Demonstrable experience managing field sales teams
- Expertise within primary and community care services would be advantageous
