We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Board as Chair, taking a pivotal role in shaping the future in one of the UK’s largest and most complex NHS Foundation Trusts. With an annual budget exceeding £1.5 billion and a workforce of over 19,000 dedicated individuals, we provide services across Sheffield, South Yorkshire, the East Midlands, and further afield. You will play a key role in serving the needs of our diverse population.

As Chair, you will help steer the strategic and long-term direction of the Trust, ensuring we deliver outstanding care and services to our patients and local communities, providing robust scrutiny of our performance while working collaboratively with regional and national partners, and upholding our commitment to excellence in all that we do.
