Anderson Quigley is delighted to be supporting an Integrated Care System with an Interim requirement whilst they consider their structure for the future. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on a strategic portfolio providing leadership, change, transformation and delivery across LDA services.

 

Objective

To provide senior strategic and operational leadership to the Learning Disability & Autism commissioning team. Specifically you will provide hands on operational support to the day to day commissioning requirements of the service, support the delivery of the strategic commissioning transformation programme and provide hands on leadership to the team.

Outcome

You will be responsible for -

Line management of a complex team

Progress a service review into a refreshed service specification

Support a procurement

Support operational planning response

 

Person

They are looking for -

An NHS experienced expert in Learning Disability & Autism services

A clinical qualification would be an advantage 

Exert knowledge of LDA agenda and long term plan

A strong leader with exceptional leadership and people skills

Strategic commissioning background ideally within LDA

A credible and calm professional who can bring gravitas Hands on supportive mindset
