Job Details
My client is an independent healthcare provider who are going through a time of significant and exciting growth.
My client needs an Interim Laboratory Manager, ideally with a background in histopathology, but other areas of pathology will be considered. The interim would need to be based on-site in London for between 4 and 6 months. My client needs someone able to lead a team and ensure process and quality are the forefront of the everything the team does.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the team is well led and held to account. They therefore need a visible leader who is out on the floor leading from the front. The Lab Manager will know what good looks like and who to ensure best practice is being followed and achieved. To bring the team along with them, my client wants someone who can coach the team and mentor them whilst also being direct where needed.
My client requires an immediate start and the assignment's duration is between 4 and 6 months. They are offering an assignment rate of £475pd inside IR35. Please contact Andrew Vaux on andrew.vaux@practicus.com
